A fan of Nancy Drew and Cherry Ames as a young lady, I have been fascinated as an adult by books for young people from Britain. Monica Edwards is the British author of children's books about Romney Marsh and Punch Bowl Farms.This 1958 reprinting is unabridged. The dustjacket is tattered but the book itself is in very good condition. There is an inscription on the inside: "To Susan, from Bronwyn, Christmas 1961." There is also a stamp from the "G.H. Bennet & Co. Ltd. Book Sellers Palmerston North." Charming!
