This binder and the pink one that I have have been sitting in a box for nearly 50 years now. My father-in-law sold these in his shop in Brooklyn. Sometimes at Christmas time he would take things to the basement to make room for holiday merchandise and then those things would never make it back into the shop. We removed these from the basement twenty years ago when he closed his business. We had them in storage. So the Condition is wonderful. They got a little dirty being stored but I have managed to get them clean and they look marvelous.
